Complete failure to preform work I took my car in to Tony Volkswagen as it had a check engine light on the Service consultant, Damon Deuprey said that I needed a part and I should not I took my car in to Tony Volkswagen as it had a check engine light on the Service consultant, Damon Deuprey said that I needed a part and I should not drive it until repaired. This was on Wednesday, Damon stated that he would order the part and it would arrive the next day but to make sure leave it until Friday for pickup. On Friday I called, Damon was not there, the lady I spoke to on the telephone took 20 minutes to find my car and they tpld me it was ready for pickup. I came to pick up the car, paid $550 for the repair and part and thought my car was fixed. The next morning I got into the car and the check engine light was on again, I returned to the dealer to be told oh your car was not fixed. The part we ordered did not come in. This dealership allowed me to pay for a repair and drive a car home that they said was not safe to drive. I assume if I had not returned with the check engine light they would have stolen my money. I would never take a car there again for repairs. They are absolutely untrustworty. More

It's amazing that I never have to wait the whole day for my car to be serviced. Also, Kanani the cashier and Steven in the parts departments have always been knowledgable and accommodating whenever I have a request for an after market part or accessory. Guy has actually had to "inherit" me as a customer since my last service advisor moved away. I must say he has not disappointed me and I can be a high maintenance customer at times. More
