Hello, My wife LeylaPittman has a 2025 LEASE from your dealership along with the scratchprotection, tire and maintenance plan. For a couple months we have been having a slow leak in one of the tires. I have had it at the service department twice so far. Both times they weren't able to find the issue, the tire was filled and returned to me. So we continue to refill the tire, sometimes daily depending how cold it is. I was told the next step would be a tire replacement but the service desk was not sure that would be covered under my plan and there was no manager on site to ask. I have called trying to reach the financial department to discuss this. I haven't received a call back from anyone or have berm able to speak with the on site manager in person. I plan on stopping by personally today again to address this issue. This has been taking a lot of time away as well as having to borrow a car whenever I had to drop off our car. This has been quite the inconvenience and my wife and I hope to have this resolved soon. Thank you for your time.
