Our first experience with Torrington Toyota was 1999 when my future husband bought his Avalon. Our salesman then, Dan, is now sales manager. That is loyalty! Loyalty to a great company owned and managed by terrific, appreciative people, providing a great product. Through the years, we have owned other Toyotas from a dealership 30 miles closer to home. We thought we were getting good deals and great service until we went back to Torrington Toyota. Tee Hamzy, our salesman was superb. He is another loyal employee of 14 years. When someone stays with a company as long as Dan and Tee have, the company must be treating them well. If they are being treated that well, you can be assured you will be, too. We weren't planning on buying that day but we did. Tee knew my concerns before I could voice them and put us at ease. This is the 3rd Rav4 I have bought from this dealer I bought my first Rav4 in 2011 from my salesperson, Randy Klonowski. I was happy with my purchase because Randy was not pushy, he was honest and straightforward and gave me a great deal. The sales manager, Dave is also fair and helpful. I always use this dealership for my service because they are courteous and give me the best advice to save me money when they can. My Rav 4 is amazing in the snow so in 2014 I bought my second one and would only buy from Randy, I did not have to shop around because I know I can trust him to give me a fair price. My 2 Rav4 s have been so reliable, I bought a new one in 2017 because I was interested in the new safety features. This dealership has my loyalty for sales and service. Thanks, Randy and Dave! More
