Good quality of work, excellent customer service I've purchased my vehicle from Torrington Toyota and always bring it there for reg. maintenance. I've have never had an issue with the vehicle or when I've purchased my vehicle from Torrington Toyota and always bring it there for reg. maintenance. The prices/fees charged is the only negative but I wouldn't expect less from a dealer and they always email coupons and promote discounts on their website. More

The technician that assisted me was Corey and I found him to be very professional and knowledgeable. I also had the opportunity to speak with other technicians while I was there and found them to be very courteous as well. Pleasant experience, nice knowledgeable staff As this was my first time leasing I was nervous but the laid back approach of Randy & Dave made it so much less daunting. They were friendly, willing to work with my numbers and find a way for me to have a reasonable payment for a new dependable vehicle. I first test drove the Corolla but ultimately it was an uncomfortable car for someone like me who is taller than 5'6. The saleman let me drive the Camry next & immediately I noticed a difference in comfort and feel of the car for myself. Arrangements were made for me to have heaters installed in my front seats and I had the car just a few days after signing the initial lease forms. I would definitely recommend this dealership & their first rate staff. More
