They did not do a proper inspection on a car as it was being sold to me. They have tried to tell me, that the car is driving fine. That some vehicles do that and that the road contour is causing me to fee being sold to me. They have tried to tell me, that the car is driving fine. I'm taking car to a different place less than 5 days after getting it, used car i am buying from yall, and once I get that in writing what the issue is if SVC does not fix it ill have to give the car back and report everything to BBB. We were having battery issues so we had called on a Friday afternoon to schedule an appointment for a diagnostics. When the lady schedule our appointment, she scheduled it for Saturday but when we came Friday afternoon to schedule an appointment for a diagnostics. When the lady schedule our appointment, she scheduled it for Saturday but when we came to the dealership, they told us that they don’t do diagnostics on Saturday that we would have to come back on Monday, but with the issue with the battery, it would make it so we decided to leave it till Monday. We didn’t hear anything first thing Monday morning so we had to call and they said that they would get a tech on it and it was towards the end of the day before they called us back and told us that they had to replace the battery in order to finish the diagnostics. We told him go ahead and do that But never heard anything Monday afternoon so we didn’t plan on leaving our car Monday night and then I called first thing Tuesday morning. He said a tech would be in shortly to finish the diagnostics, but never heard anything back until about mid morning and they never even changed the battery until Tuesday. So we had poor communication And not very good information given to us. This is now the third battery that we’ve had to replace on this car in the last five years and they couldn’t find any other issues we didn’t feel that it was right that we had to leave our car and pick it up on Tuesday and we had to call to get updates before anybody would reach out to us.
