I paid $180 for them to tell me my floor mat was too far up and it was rubbing against the brake pedal and that is what was making the noise I heard. Really?! You couldn't just tell me that and give me a b up and it was rubbing against the brake pedal and that is what was making the noise I heard. Really?! You couldn't just tell me that and give me a break? More

We initially contacted Town Center Nissan because of the 'great' price they advertised on their website for the 2025 Nissan Kicks SR that we eventually purchased. First and foremost, their website is ow the 'great' price they advertised on their website for the 2025 Nissan Kicks SR that we eventually purchased. First and foremost, their website is owned and operated by Town Center Nissan Kennesaw; therefore, why do they show 'SAVINGS' on all of their vehicles, but when the customer comes into the dealership, your salesperson makes the following statement: "Those 'savings' are 'all available savings and discounts offered; no one actually qualifies for all of them.' That's just Capital One showing you what you could pay." But what they don’t show or include are fees, taxes, tags, titles, and all of those things. It’s kinda misleading, or confusing, but it helps to get customers in the dealership.” Town Center Nissan owns their website, meaning they are responsible for its contents. The whole reason we went to Town Center Nissan was because we found the Nissan Kicks we wanted at what we thought was an honest price. They are allowing customers to be misled by the credit offered by Capital One on their website. Example: I was preapproved for said vehicle, on their website, by Capital One w/ an interest rate of 6.99%, $0 down, 84 months, for $477 a month. I even went to the extent of completing their entire credit application on TOWN CENTER NISSAN'S SITE, where I was rewarded with even better terms. Why, during all of our negotiations, pre-sales/post-sales & in the finance office, was such an offer never even considered as an option? We mentioned numerous times that I was approved with much better rates with Capital One, every time, we were told, ‘that’s not an option.’ They are using Capital One as a way to get people into their dealership w/ their great terms, then turning around and using their ‘preferred’ financial institutions. That is called ‘bait and switch,’ which I’m sure they're aware is illegal and fraudulent. My next concern is how pushy Casey Congdon & Wayne Riggle were about getting us to accept the terms they were offering, never once giving any consideration to my concerns about the high payment. I kept explaining I am retired, elderly, and on a fixed income. Casey went out of his way to tell me, “Just take the deal like it is, in 6 months you can refinance for a better payment.” This is yet another example of deceptive advertising and unethical sales tactics. Once we were in the finance manager’s office, we repeatedly mentioned the much better rates for which I was approved, rather than just pre-approved, with Capital One; we were again told that those rates were not an option. Finance manager, Maroun Farhat, stated that he just prefers to LGE Credit Union. Why does Town Center Nissan offer Capital One financing on their website if it is not utilized when a customer requests it? Most finance managers aren't fiduciaries, but they should still prioritize their clients' interests, which is clearly not happening. FYI, LGE informed me in the branch yesterday that I should have been offered a lower rate, as they show I qualified for a much lower interest rate. It’s terrible that their business and employees prioritize sales/commissions over understanding customer emotions and ensuring the purchase benefits the customer. We went back a few days later to try to trade the Kicks in for a new Sentra, and they told us that's not a good idea, just keep the Kicks for 6 months, rent it out on some app called "TURO" then you can trade it in or refinance it. Come to find out (per LGE), the reason they kept pushing us to wait 6 months is the dealership does not get the commission from the credit union until then, but you already know that. We ended up leaving. Their management is completely ineffective and unprofessional. I have spoken to Casey Congdon and Aziz Aztot, let me just say, I have had better customer service at Dollar General! There are several issues with the vehicle, and I dread having to work with them to get them rectified. More
Everyone that helped me was very helpful and nice. Trent, the financial director, was incredibly helpful and patient. He made sure I understood everything before signing any paperwork.
