Best Experience I went to Town and Country Jeep this past weekend. I was on the hunt for a pre-owned Jeep Compass, and had spent the morning going from dealer to dea I went to Town and Country Jeep this past weekend. I was on the hunt for a pre-owned Jeep Compass, and had spent the morning going from dealer to dealer to find a good deal. Out of the way, I wasn’t feeling up to driving 45 minutes to get to Town and Country Jeep, but I figured I would be worth a chance. I’m so glad that I did. I called ahead of time to make sure that a car they had featured on Cars.com was still available and did in fact have the features I wanted. When I got to the dealer, they were expecting me, and I was able to take a look and take a test drive straight away. Mark was so accommodating, and not annoyingly pushy like a lot of the salesmen I had seen that day. I decided I was going to move forward with making a purchase, and Mark expedited the whole process. I made an appointment to come back the next day to take care of all the financial factors. Mark gave me a thorough understanding of all of the features of the Jeep, and was sure to explain every step of the process. Being that this was my first time financing a car, I felt very comfortable and at ease with the process. The next day was just as simple - I got in a 2PM and Miss Monica sat down with me to go over financing and warranties. I did not feel at all like I was being pressured, or taken advantage of. Everyone I encountered was super helpful. Mark made the experience easy and exciting, and not stressful like I was anticipating. I had been to a lot of dealers that Saturday, and I am very glad I ended up at Town and Country with Mark helping me make my purchase. More

Lease Car Lease was up on my Compass and I was looking to upgrade to a Cherokee. Went to speak with Mike as he did my lease deal in 2017 on the Compass. Mike listened to what I wanted and was able to instantly find the car with out trying to sell me something I was not interested in. I walked into the dealership at 1:30pm and was able to leave with the car I wanted within my price range at 5pm. Professional and very easy to deal with. The dealership even gave us two free oil changes and life time free inspections for the leased Cherokee. More
