happy but not satisfied so a few days ago I went to the pre-owned department and I worked with Dan. Dan did his job to the best of his ability and really took his time to exp so a few days ago I went to the pre-owned department and I worked with Dan. Dan did his job to the best of his ability and really took his time to explain every detail of the Grand Cherokee he possibly could. He gave my all the safety features, all the features in the car and all the certification perks, the only problem was that I wanted to be at a lower monthly payment. Dan told me he couldn't calculate it which was fine and I understood why he couldn't but one of the managers gave me a monthly payment that I thought was what it was going to be if not a little bit less. come to find out the monthly payment was A LOT higher than what I was told by one of the managers. in my eyes that killed everything for me, I was happy to hear what the finance manager said but at the end of the day I had a number in mind and I was told a number really close to that number then the last number I got was wayyyyyyy off. if its your job to know numbers please do it right. You cost dan money. I don't know if ill be back but If I do come back just tell me you don't know and let finance give me the real numbers. More
