He was available to answer all of our questions without the pressure that sales people at other dealers had made us feel. The entire experience made me feel comfortable. Jae helped me to find a car that had all of the features that I was interested in. I wanted to take a test drive, and he immediately set about to make that happen. Upon returning, we were introduced to a manager who was just as friendly and helpful as Jae. My husband and I had a lot to consider. There were actually 3 different car companies that we were seriously considering. I must say that the pleasant experience that we had with Jae made the decision for us.
