She is willing to listen to your needs and budget, and always tried to talk to her manager to lower the sales price. Whenever you are at this dealership, please go look for Lori! Other than sales department, I wouldn’t recommend you to finance the car through them. One of the guy at finance department tried to slap 6.0 APR on a 2018 vehicle for a buyer with 800+ credit score. I know they tried to make more money. But at least be reasonable. Next time when shopping at tc, go to your local credit union and get yourself a preapproval loan. More
