Worst dealership! This was by far the worst experience iv ever had leasing a car. All they did was play games. They told us one price for a sign and drive deal, so when This was by far the worst experience iv ever had leasing a car. All they did was play games. They told us one price for a sign and drive deal, so when we went to pick up the car, all off a sudden last minute they tells us we owe 3k for taxes, when it was confirmed about 10 times that we are only paying for the first month payment and the dmv fees. After they get you all excited to pick up your brand new Jeep, they hit you with “oh I made a mistake” no apologies and no regards for the fact that it wasn’t the deal we discussed and wasn’t promised. So we left. The next morning our saleswoman calls us to tell us they will honor the original deal, sign and drive no taxes or money down. so we get excited get ready to pick up the Jeep, about 3 hours later we get a phone call from the dealership mangager, “we made a mistake, you need to pay the 3k taxes” It’s one thing to make a mistake once, but to make a mistake twice is absolutely crazy and unprofessional. Needless to say we will NEVER buy or lease a car from this dealership and I highly reccommend you don’t either! It was nothing but lies and games. we went to security Jeep and found the deal we were looking for and we are super happy with the Jeep Grand Cherokee altitude 😊 More
