Unprofessional, uncourteous, and disrespectful The overall buying experience was easy, however, I thought the sales manager, Roy, that I dealt with was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. The overall buying experience was easy, however, I thought the sales manager, Roy, that I dealt with was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Upon turning in my spare keys for my trade-in, I asked to speak to Roy about a bridge decal that was left on my trade in. Another sales representative went over to him, in front of me, told Roy that I asked to speak with him, both looked over at me and Roy told him to relay to me that he was "busy in the bathroom." Then when Roy finally came over, I asked him about writing a letter that I needed to replace the decal that was left on the car that I had turned in, and he responded to me, "That it is a no- go on the letter" and that I had to find where the vehicle was to try and retain the sticker, instead of him taking a minute out of his time to write a letter for me. Did not even offer to help me locate the vehicle that was now in his possession. Now have to pay over $100 extra for a decal, that would have taken Roy 2 minutes to write and fax for me. Could not even afford common courtesy to someone he just made a sale to. More
