He has a number or redeeming qualities that made the leasing process a rewarding one. He is knowledgeable on his product (the vehicles), the buying process (paperwork/trade-in/finance etc) and most importantly, the customer (service, service, service). He took the time to answer all of my questions (there were many) and find me a Jeep that fit my needs at a fair price. His knowledge and professionalism allow him to standout from many of his peers. He also has a great personality, and I'd recommend getting to know him as you work through the buying experience. When it comes time for final approval, Mike Perez and his group were there with the same level of professionalism and service as Juarez.
