zero stars if I could I had an incredibly distressing experience at Town and Country Jeep, where the service manager verbally assaulted me and even threatened me. When I approached him regarding an issue experience at Town and Country Jeep, where the service manager verbally assaulted me and even threatened me. When I approached him regarding an issue with my vehicle, instead of offering assistance or understanding, he became aggressive and hostile. He raised his voice, used disrespectful language, and made threatening remarks that left me feeling completely disrespected and unsafe. The entire interaction was unprofessional and emotionally taxing. It's unfortunate to say that this dealership's customer service was appalling, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid doing business with them. This was an experience I would never want to repeat, and I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. More
