The management at the used car side was an absolute joke. The car which was supposed to be detailed when I arrived and instead looked like my 3.5 year old detailed it. Dried wax all over it and body panels that were not waxed at all or decided to do half the panel. I spoke to the Management and the first thing these two guys say is they think the truck looks great. I show them all of the areas and they say well we detailed it 2 days ago and it rained, that's why it looks like that. Sooo because it rained is why there is dry wax all over the place and only water beading on half the body panels or none at all since they clearly missed panels? They didnt like that I showed them how they were wrong so they right away accused me of being unreasonable and if I wanted to wait 2 hrs they would have the truck derailed "again" for me for free. Free like they were doing me a favor, when I already paid for it to be detailed. Which it clearly wasn't. When I told them I dont know how you can deliver a car like this, why hadnt anyone gone over it when you knew I was coming in today to pick it up and that this is a reflection on you and your dealership, they argued that it's not a reflection on them and they will give me my money back and I can go elsewhere to another Dodge dealership. I took the truck because I sold my daily driver yesterday and was not about to start using my sports cars daily until I found another truck. I will be speaking to Dodge Corporate about the truck and supplying plenty of pictures as well as telling them about this dealerships unprofessional management. More
