(4 hour wait) The car should have been ready .We don't fault Frank for this but there should have been better preparedness! We also felt the internet price was misleading as we were told that price was if it was financed. We were prepared to pay cash but this changed the transaction. Still Frank was helpful in helping us negotiate a price. More
