I explained my story to Jamie and we talked for a few, it wasnt him just telling me what i wanted to hear. He was so honest, and one of the realest guys in the business. He treated my mom and i like family, so respectful & has the best humor as well!! So figuring out my budget and what not Jamie took me to the lot, RED struck my eye and I fell in love. I wouldnt go to any other truck! Jamie knew he had a crazy buyer on his hands at that moment lol! Hours and hours, pretty much stayed the whole day. I truly appreciate the time Jamie took and such hard work to get me in that red wrangler. Jamie was very thorough with explaining every detail to me, im not that smart in purchasing a veichle but for him to put it in lets say my terms lol now i understand. So lets just say Im SO happy/excited and ready for the new year!!!!!! Not enough thank yous i can give, but I would absolutely refer anyone and everyone here!! Ask for Jamie !!!!! More

BEWARE Purchased a used car with low mileage on a late Friday afternoon and spent a good amount of money. Over the weekend we had the car looked at by our m Purchased a used car with low mileage on a late Friday afternoon and spent a good amount of money. Over the weekend we had the car looked at by our mechanic and he said car was excellent but the 2 rear tires were near bald. On Sunday took it to a tire place and they confirmed what first mechanic said which was the tires were at .2mm of tread life. Both places said they wouldn't have passed the car in inspection because of this. On Monday I reached out to dealer and was told a manager would call me. On Thursday I still had not heard back from dealer so I called. Manger told me to bad we can't do anything for you. He also said both places just wanted to sell me tires. Never once said why don't you bring it in so we could check it out. I would just say be very careful. NO Customer service exists at this dealership. Manager wouldn't even share his name. In all my years of buying cars at dealerships this was by far the WORST. More

We ended up at Levittown,NY ( all the way from Trumbull , CT ) - a good 3 hours away because of a deal via True Car. Jamie and his team were very considerate of the long trip we endured ( both when we were striking a deal and when we went back two days later with our two little children in tow to pick the car). We did not end up buying like we planned but rather leasing.I can't say I am exactly happy from a financial standpoint with what we did but at his end,Jamie was extremely patient (answering every question),honest with facts and figures and tried his best to give us a good lease deal.Most importantly,Jamie was not condescending in his attitude towards us (unlike a few other dealers we met). He did not push us into forcing a huge down payment $$ commitment and gave us time and space to sort through our thoughts and decisions. He had 2 different cars brought from the lot for our review. Overall,he took time and did not rush us through the deal. And oh! he had to deal with our insurance ( to get correct documents) and that was a nightmare experience for him and us...but he handled it all professionally. Thanks Jamie for being kind, compassionate and accommodating with what can be a stressful busying experience. He also followed up continuously until we got back to CT safe and the next day. Sure a man with soul. God bless him and his kind. More
