So I meet Valerie Boccia the Finance Manager who is without question the best Finance Manager I have ever dealt with. She constructed a no money down lease with a lifetime service contract and full protection for my tires and wheels. All within a half hour and that was a first for me. I called her to cancel a service contract 7 days after I purchased it, and she gave me some BS that I cannot cancel it because according to her I signed a document stating that the service contract cannot be cancelled. REALLY? After calling her out.on her lies, she never returned any of my calls. I am still waiting for a full refund to be credited to my loan. More
