THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I could give a negative rating, but unfortunately, thats impossible. First, my experience started off nicely. I put a deposit down for a car and I everything should have worked out nicely. I was supposed to pick up my car a week later and I was CONSTANTLY calling and emailing my sales person and out of 4 emails and 6 phone calls, I only received 1 short response from him. In the end, it left a bad taste in my mouth and didn't want to give him my money. A refund for my deposit was put in on Aug. 5th. It is now Aug 17th and I have NOT received my refund. (Please note: I put a deposit on a different car at East Hills Jeep in June, I asked for a refund for that deposit on Aug 1st and I received it IMMEDIATELY. I used the same debit card and everything.) It is beyond rediciulous that I have to waste my spare time calling Town & Country Jeep all the time and ask where my money is. Funny thing is, no one can give me an answer. Am I really even going to get a refund? I am going to file a claim and complain to the BBB if I don't have this money back in my account by tomorrow. DON'T GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY BECAUE YOU WILL NOT GET IT BACK! I'd suggest going to Atlantic Jeep. I went to Atlantic Jeep right after this and they beat the quote that Town & Country gave me AND gave me a more loaded car. More

Great dealership, unfair experience This is my second time leasing a car through Town and Country. This past month my first car was coming towards the end of it's lease, but I still had This is my second time leasing a car through Town and Country. This past month my first car was coming towards the end of it's lease, but I still had one month left to decide what I wanted to do. Always wanting a jeep, I headed over to see what my options were. I dealt with a nice sales man who informed me I could end my lease a month early and owe nothing for the car I was turning in. I asked him to please double check that because I was sure I had one more payment left on the car; I had even brought in my contract from that car lease in so he could review it. I was informed I would be able to end my lease early, and walk away with my hands clean. Two weeks later I get notice that not only do I still owe for the last month of my lease (which dealerships take over should you terminate a lease early), but that there is a $395 in the contract if I choose to end the lease; all of which should have been taken care of. I am pleased with the new car I drove out with, but beyond disgruntled and disappointed in the way I was "taken care of". I do not think it is fair whatsoever to have to pay over $600 for a car I'm not even driving and returned EARLY- nor do I think it is okay that as a young woman who was trusting her salesman to lead her in the right direction; was quite frankly not taken care of whatsoever. Now, I have been trying to get this taken care of and have been blown off multiple times, after David has said he would return calls, emails, get back to me with a manager he was waiting for- he has never gotten back to me. I refuse to pay this as I have witnesses that heard him reassure me multiple times during my purchase that I owed nothing for the returned vehicle. I am greatly disappointed in this service and wish I could write a better review. More
