Willing to accommodate I had recently been in an overturn accident and when it came down to lease another grand cherokee i went back to where I got the lease from. The deale I had recently been in an overturn accident and when it came down to lease another grand cherokee i went back to where I got the lease from. The dealer wanted to put me into the same vehicle but one for more money which was out of my budget. We decided to go to town and country to check out used jeeps. We went into the showroom for the heck of it just to question about leasing another laredo. David Perez welcomed us and without much hesitation and negotiation came down to almost exactly the same price which I was paying before. He was very kind and accommodating. More

Take Extra Strength Tylenol before you speak to finance! Sorry for the title but it's true. We came to the dealership prepared to get the car we want, until we spoke to the finance and gave us headache. The GSM spoke to us and made the deal acceptable. Please get down to business if you know that the customer has good credit score and ready to purchase a car. Give them the BEST deal and interest that they can get to avoid losing a customer. JUAREZ, the salesman is EXCELLENT and no BS! He is HONEST and not pushy! I recommend him but be ready when you speak to Finance. Take tylenol prior speaking to the finance. In all fairness, I know it is their job, but if you know that the customer really wants the car, don't BS them! Give them the rate and direct to the point, not getting your manager and have another discussion! It's a HEADACHE and a WASTE of time! And also let the customer know that they are being recorded in the finance room as courtesy. More

WORST EXPERIENCE I recently returned my 2014 Jeep wrangler and gave the dealership repeated business by leasing a 2017 Dodge Ram 1500. I have been more than dissatisfi I recently returned my 2014 Jeep wrangler and gave the dealership repeated business by leasing a 2017 Dodge Ram 1500. I have been more than dissatisfied with the sales agent, Manny. While inquiring about the process of returning the Jeep, I was provided with incorrect guidance. I was informed that Town and Country Jeep would handle the processing of my last two lease payments. This was told to me on 6/4/17 and again on 6/5/17 as I provided the account number I hold at NEFCU for the payments. Therefore, I did not make my lease payment due on 6/14/17. On or around 6/28/17, I checked my account for the lease to find out the payment was not made and was past due with a fee. I called and spoke with Manny to find out that not only was it my responsibility to make the payment, but the check for my reimbursement was returned to the dealership because Manny had my incorrect address, my apartment number was missing. If I had received the check in a timely fashion, or if I was informed that I was to make the payment to be reimbursed, the late payment would have been avoided. I do appreciate the prompt response in sending me the check again and compensating me for the late payment fee. However, I now have a late payment on my credit that cannot be removed to the fault of Town and Country Jeep for misinformation. At the time of this inquiry with Manny, I asked if my Jeep had been returned to the lender. He informed me that it had been (again providing misinformation). I then later received a letter in the mail the following week from the bank lender (NEFCU). The letter explained that since the insurance on the Jeep had been canceled on 6/5/17, (and the Jeep was NOT in fact returned) they would be placing insurance at my cost. I attempted to speak with the sales manager and Town and Country Jeep, but he was unavailable. I called the bank (NEFCU) and they informed in to check with Fusion Auto Finance. I called Fusion Auto Finance to be told that not only was the Jeep not returned, but they were unaware that it was even returned to the dealership. They were surprised to hear that it had been sitting on the dealership lot for almost 30 days. I was able to speak with Michael, sales manager at Town and Country Jeep. Michael was helpful in researching the situation and providing me information that the Jeep would now be returned in 3-5 business days. Again, I asked Michael if there was anything else I would need to do or payments to be made ( I had now made my last two lease payments), and I was told no. To my surprise, I have received an invoice from Fusion Auto Finance. Again, as part of the agreement to provide the dealership with repeated business Manny informed me I was not responsible for paying the $400 lease return fee. I asked Manny more than once about this fee and was told this would be handled by Town and Country Jeep. Lastly, while discussing my lease return with Manny, I informed him of any and all damage to the vehicle. There was damage to the front bumper and the windshield. This was the ONLY damage to the car. It was agreed upon that Town and Country Jeep would replace the bumper with one I had provided, and the windshield would be fixed by my insurance. Also included in the invoice from Fusion Auto Finance is a request for payment of a scratch to the Vehicle that had occurred while on the lot of Town and Country Jeep as it was held there for over 30 days. I had attempted to contact the dealership for over a week, e-mailing this information an leaving messages for the sales manager. On 7/24/17 i spoke with the general manager. He informed me that the dealership never agrees to pay for the lease return fee. Not only was i lied to by the sales rep. but he managed to not put this agreement in my contract. It is VERY common for dealerships to pay a lease return fee in order to gain repeated business. If this was not offered to me, i would not have purchased another vehicle at the dealership. When i asked the general manager about the scratch, he told me i should have completed a pre-inspection. I was not informed of this process when i asked the sales rep what i needed to do in order to return my prior lease. This dealership has done nothing but provide me with misinformation, lie about agreements, and damage a vehicle that was trusted to them. More
