They heard and responded to my concerns regarding my immediate family needs, and provided a lease option that addressed and completely satisfied those concerns. Do not trust !!!! we all know that we will most likely be lied to and pay more than we should when we go to a dealer but these guys take the cake. they worked out a pr we all know that we will most likely be lied to and pay more than we should when we go to a dealer but these guys take the cake. they worked out a price that was good for us and a no down payment we only had to pay for fees. Well, at pick up we were hit with $615 more than we verbally agreed on. My sister actually got a great deal at Brown's on her last 2 Jeeps, i should have gone there but these guys seemed so nice and trustworthy. More

just a run around ve gone with my wife for her last 4 leases on all her cars. Last lease was with town and country...we were pleased with our results last time so we gi ve gone with my wife for her last 4 leases on all her cars. Last lease was with town and country...we were pleased with our results last time so we give them the second go. I know they are in a business to make money. but the pressure they put on my wife to sign where she knows where her budget was at. but they couldnt match her number. ok . they kept countering me by telling her what if we did less miles...and more months. bring down your payment. till finally she was ok with the price and months and mileage. and after an hour and half of waiting for finance to be told cause of her low score..she had to pay 14 dollars more. and to hear the finance manager tell her ....whats 14 dollars more a month. kinda pissed me off. she has a budget..it means something to her. but we paid the down payment, changed over the insurance , and waited all that time...my wife was beaten down. but in the end the dealer got thier price they orignally said with less mileage and more payments, meanwhile we are stuck with this deal. and i know low score does mean finance is harder .... but my wife has had the same score last time we were there and financed with chrysler. but we were told they went with bethpage . once we finish this lease . we are not returning here To matters worse... we werent aware that now the cars dont come with a spare tire. We were not informed and my wife didnt find out till she got a flat and called AAA to assist her. If i knew there was a charge i would of requested a tire for my wife... but no she gets stranded...also Claudia never gave a thorough walk thru to show us there was no spare . A couple of months later...we get a charge from Jeep finance. for returning the jeep early.... and was told cause we didnt use them for our lease they wont waive it. We told them over the phone we were not given the option. Just that bethpage was our leasehold company. seems like we were pushed in that direction on purpose. More
