Great Experience! Was in the market for a Ram Express Quad truck. Walked in off the street and was introduced to David Rivera. I have bought/purchased many vehicles o Was in the market for a Ram Express Quad truck. Walked in off the street and was introduced to David Rivera. I have bought/purchased many vehicles over the years and have met a lot of high pressure sales people that made you feel like they had their hands in your wallet the entire time. David was easy going and yet professional answering all of my questions or getting answers right away for those questions he wasn't sure of the answer. David set me up for a test drive and still no pressure at all. I went to several other dealers and spoke to sales people that were either high pressure or not responsive at all to my questions. Many salespeople do that "I have to go back (again and again) and speak with my manager about that deal...." as if they were working hard to get me the deal I wanted. With David, there was no BS, I made an offer and showed support for the offer and we made a deal by email. Thought there might be high pressure by the back office people for unnecessary add ons when I picked up the truck but was pleasantly surprised that I didn't even need to meet with anyone other than David! Would highly recommend David and the Town and Country Dealership. More

Cassondra was great to deal with as a sales person, and Joe in used cars could not have been more helpful when it came to trading my vehicle in and making sure I left with the car I needed and wanted. Warranty rip off Sold me a warranty for 2000 and didn't tell me I was buying it ... just slipped in in with other paperwork ... when I spotted it that night I called Sold me a warranty for 2000 and didn't tell me I was buying it ... just slipped in in with other paperwork ... when I spotted it that night I called and was told it cannot be cancelled . The warranty company said of course you can cancel and they refunded me 850. That's what they charge for a warranty . The dealership kept the rest and wouldn't answer calls or e mails . Now it's small claims court . Don't go to these people. They're scammers and lie to your face. Several others have since told me similar experiences w these people .
