However, when my husband and I returned to pick up our car, we were there two hours although we had a 2:30 appt..Bobby was there on time, but no one else. I felt as if I were in a doctor's office. However, once we were taken in, we found the experience enjoyable. I have dealt with the service center in the past with another Chrysler I owned, so I was not hesitant to go back despite the long wait. More

False true and advertising and a real scam Artist! What a disaster this place is!! This dealership advertises a car for sale on the internet and through CAR FAX, and then after you drive out there and What a disaster this place is!! This dealership advertises a car for sale on the internet and through CAR FAX, and then after you drive out there and take it for a test drive, they hit you with the shocker. The price they quote on the internet is ONLY IF you agree to finance, which they NEVER mentioned over the phone. And if you want to pay cash, as I did, their price is $3,100 to 6,100 higher, depending on which salesman you talk to. They initially advertised a 2014 Dodge Challenger for $18,999. After their mandatory finance spiel, they wanted $22,100 for the car. A week later, they dropped the price to $17,799, so I called them back. Now, it was still a mandatory finance clause, but they wanted $23,600. And they refuse to negotiate! What a scam! Sham on them for false advertising! If you value for hard earned dollars, DO NOT go to this place. More
