He listened to what I wanted and didn't try to steer me in the direction he wanted -he paid close attention to the details to find the right Jeep for me! It was that easy! Both salesmen Casey Waller and Scott Scaturro were excellent to work with, providing the time to explain all the details of my lease and answer any questions I had- big or small. It's exactly the kind of experience you want when getting a new truck and it's the opposite of what I had experienced in the past. I will absolutely be back for my next vehicle because of these three and have already recommended them to friends. Thanks to Ray, Casey and Scott you've got a lifelong customer. MANY THANKS!!! More

When I went to pick up car the finace manager Valerie she hit me up for $1300. Told me the state wanted the tax on the rebates up front which I found out later was xxxxxxxx. I had a better deal from a broker who showed me taxes for rebates were included in loan. Would have got up and walked out but fortunately for them my time is limited. Second and last car I buy from them. Would have put that extra $500 into payment especially 2 weeks before Xmas.. More

He was given a tough time by Ray Cruz sales manager because Ray signed off on a bad deal for dealership…good for me. Juarez represented my deal correctly!!!! As for the sales manager Ray Cruz he is as dishonest as they come. • He signed off a deal that was in my favor and tried to strong arm me to cancel. • He said Mike Perez, general manager, said canceled deal which was not true. I have the car • He said they could cancel deal which was binding...again not true. • He lied to Mike Perez, general manager, that Juarez represented deal wrong to him. Not true I presented the deal I wanted in writing and he showed it to Ray for approval. As for Mike Perez, who spoke to me after Ray Cruz tried to strong arm me to cancel deal. He came in professionally explained pricing and was deal signed off in minutes. On positive side it seems like Mike sticks up for his employees good and bad. I can only hope Ray gets reprimanded in private and Juarez gets commended by treating the customer with professionalism and honesty. To Ray… I didn’t need to strong arm you..the deal was binding……………. Interesting to note, I first went to this dealership several weeks before closing my current deal. I spoke to younger salesman to get some pricing and he was very rude, aggressive and decided I would never buy a car from him and left. disgusted After spending 3 hours there on the FIRST day, we were told that the car would be ready at 2 pm the next day. After waiting an hour, I finally went up and asked if there was a problem. They told us they were still working on the financing.We sat with the finance person for another 2 hours while she worked it out. Then they realized they pulled the wrong car because we pointed it out. Otherwise they would have given us the wrong car. So after 3 hours on the SECOND day, they assure us that the car will be ready to go at 10am the next day. At 10 am the next day, we call and they say give us an hour and call back. we called back at 11am. Goes to voicemail. No call back. Finally at 11:15 we go up there and are again told to sit an wait. So we wait a half hour, and then I had enough. I went straight to the manager and told him the whole story and that I wanted a refund and that we were getting the FXXX out of there. He seemed to have no idea that all of this was going on. He immediately got the ball rolling, people finally did their job and we got the car by 2, a full 24 hours after it was promised.. We were lied to and ignored repeatedly. Completely unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate. I will tell everyone I know to NEVER buy a car from this dealership. 3 days for 1 car. I leased a Honda in February. 2.5 hours start to finish!!!! The car itself is beautiful and amazing. More

Absolute WORST Service Department The alternator went on my 2014 Chrysler Town and Country. I had it towed to the dealer we bought it from. HUGE mistake!!!! The car was towed in aro The alternator went on my 2014 Chrysler Town and Country. I had it towed to the dealer we bought it from. HUGE mistake!!!! The car was towed in around 11AM. I called the service department to let them know what was happening. Jim said he would call me as soon as they got the car into the shop. At 3PM I called back because I hadn't heard anything. The nasty girl who answered the phone told me that the car hasn't even been brought in yet and that she would have Jim call me back right away. Yeah Right!!!! I called at 5PM and Jim was busy. I called back at 6:15 and he finally answered and told me that he had to order in the alternator and that the car would be ready by 10AM. Meanwhile, I explained to him that I needed to go to work and I needed a car. 10AM came and went, no call. I called at 11AM and they still didn't get the car in. Finally at 11:45 he called me back saying it was a bigger job than he thought it would be to replace the alternator and that the car wouldn't be ready until much later. How does a service manager, not know how long the job takes? Makes no sense. Finally at 2PM he called and said the car was ready. I went to pick it up and no apologies for the inconvenience, no explanation as to why it took almost 2 days to replace an alternator. Nothing, just a nasty, condescending attitude. I told myself, I would never go back to this place after my first oil change took 4 hours. Never again. They don't care about you or your issues. So please do yourself a favor. Never, ever bring your car their for service. These are the types of people who give car dealers a bad reputation. More
