Worst experience ever buying a car! I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. They try to deceive you when you come in to get your new car! We have had a very bad experience I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. They try to deceive you when you come in to get your new car! We have had a very bad experience with Town & Country Jeep in Levittown. After having negotiated a good price for the new Chrysler Pacifica Touring we came to pick up our new car. When we came in the car we ordered was not there. The car they said was ours had light grey interior instead of black interior! We could get the exactly same car we ordered but in dark grey exterior if we wanted to and after thinking about it we agreed but wanted to see the car. Kieran, the salesman drove us to the lot where the cars where at. Is appeared that the car only had 7 seats and not 8 seats, so not the same! We went back to showroom and were told we could choose between the both cars, that both were not the ones we ordered or we could get our deposit of $1000 back! Moreover we should get navigation in the car when getting it yesterday but now would have to make an appointment with their service to get it implemented; it is only about sending a signal over! These people do not live up to a purchase agreement I have signed with them that states the car and the price. This is really criminal! They do not want to sell a car at the price we agreed upon and try to get away with this bait and switch behavior! Overall the worst dealership ever and I would recommend everyone not to go to them! Do not trust their smooth talk because in the end they do not live up to everything they told you at the start! More
