All Around Good Old Fashion Customer Service Went back and forth on getting a new lease on a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Made the deal with Bobby T who demonstrated in my opinion "Good Old Fashion Custo Went back and forth on getting a new lease on a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Made the deal with Bobby T who demonstrated in my opinion "Good Old Fashion Customer Service" something you don't see enough of anymore. Bobby wanted to get me into a Jeep and did whatever it took to do so. Very happy with the Jeep (My First) probably will not be my last. When I went to pick up the car had a slight hiccup with Finance dept, but after asking to see the manager all was resolved. Dealt with Mike Perez at that point and even though I was a little upset Mike did everything possible to resolve the conflict, close the deal, and establish a future loyal customer. Great experience dealing with both Bobby and Michael. Of I have any complaint at all it seemed there was only one Finance manager on duty and he was attempting to close deals with four customers making the wait extremely long. More
