Since I was leasing the car, he explained in depth my payment options and the various extended warranties available. He also prepared most of the paperwork ahead of time, so that I was not sitting around all day. Don't be fooled by the seemingly good advertised prices. Hidden charges everywhere and reams of paperwork, probably illegal, indemnifying them against any kind of complaint you can make after your signature on the dotted line. We should have walked away. A horrible, horrible experience. Again. DO NOT go to this dealership unless you want to be ripped off. More

WHAT A SURPRISE!!!! When I leased my second Town & Country at this dealership in 2013, I SWORE I would never go back here again. The salesman was horrible and the whole experience left me vowing to go elsewhere when my lease was up. But being a "valued customer" my husband talked me into at the very least going in and seeing what they would offer me. Seeing the salesman was no longer there made me feel good but still skeptical. Then we sat down with Michael Lester. He was personable, knowledgeable and seemed like he cared about the horrendous service we received from my previous salesman. Anything I asked for he somehow made happen. Michael and David, the Finance Manager, listened to all my concerns and basically made me an offer I couldn't refuse. They went above and beyond (especially after an ant issue) and we are now driving a new Dodge Grand Caravan. I wanna thank them for making this experience a pleasant one. I will be back in the future!!!! More

Sales tactics very unprofessional I went in to purchase a jeep grand cherokee limited 75th anniversary edition in granite with black interior. Went for a test drive. When we got back ,he had to go to his mgr. To talk price. He came back and said the jeep that I wanted only came in 3 colors , black , white and "puke" green!!!! I politely said he was mistaken but he insisted and quoted me a odes cent price on a black one.... which I did not want. I took out my phone, went to the jeep website and pulled up the colors that the jeep came in to show him. He insisted on repeating what his mgr. Told him. I got up and went to East Hills jeep , where they were extreme helpful. Not only did they give me the best price, but offered to find the jeep in granite for me , which they did the same day. I purchased the granite jeep a few days later and was very happy with the transaction at East Hills. Don't go to town and country... More
