After listening to my needs he picked theee cars that fit my familys needs and budget. I agreed to lease a Jeep Patriot. Upon pickup of the vehicle, jamie did everything. Once in financing Erik Sherrif was excellant and patient. He sat us down and went over all of our options educating us and everything and anything. It was literally sign and drive. I will be visiting again and would gladly reccomend to anyone looking for a car. More

Customer service that looks out for you.. I"m.not accustomed to buying from a dealership. This is my second car that I've ever bought. I worked with Phil H from the pre-owned department. I had no questions by the time.the whole transaction was done. I.didn't feel pressured to buy anything. I was.actually offered a cheaper newer vehicle aside from the one I was originally at the dealership for. . I think that speaks volumes for the kind of customer service that is offered at this dealership. I can't peak for the New Car department but when I was finalizing everything it seemed to be a very busy and we'll organized company. I didn't see any customers standing around waiting to be worked with. Every sales representative was attentive and engaged. I'm.not sure. Why there are so many negative reviews. Do yourself a favor. Educate yourself on buying a car from the dealership. The internet is full of good resources to find this information. Once you feel properly equipped head in and see the staff here and make a deal. It's that simple. Just like with any review you have to look at it with a bit of skepticism. Who knows the. Circumstances surrounding the events that took place. Regarding that reviewers post. I know I wanted a truck and they had what I was looking for and I bought it. Phil H was the primary individual who squared me away and seemed to have my best interest in mind. In the future if I'm in need of new vehicle I'll be going back to Town and country. P.S. the truck I bought was a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie edition. It was missing the floor mats which was pointed out to me by Phil. He actually went the extra mile to order me all weather dodge branded floor mats.... if that's not quality customer service I don't know what is. I know it's only floor mats but it's the gesture and thoughy thay speaks volumes. More

Great Experience! I had a great experience at Town & Country last week, I dealt with Jamie who was very helpful and sent me home with the car I wanted that same day! After going to another dealership who quoted me a price which was way too high, I called up Town & Country to schedule an appointment. They were very polite on the phone and were able to get me an appointment that same day. Jamie quoted me a very reasonable price on the car I wanted! The entire process was so easy and Jamie explained to me everything I needed to know. I left the dealership that day with my brand new 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I love it! I would definitely recommend this dealership to others. More
Do not do finance with Eric Sheriff ask for someone else My husband and I came to this dealership by a recommendation for Casey who was AMAZING. When it was time to deal with the finance department they gave us Eric Sheriff my husband and myself were completely disgusted with how unprofessional this man was and the way he speaks to people. He was slamming his hands on the table because I did not agree with a $1200 increase he decided to add to my down payment and over $100 in monthly payments. and kept saying to us well I don't care, I don't care what you do with the worst attitude ever (I honestly believe he did know anything about registering a car in another state) and just DIDN'T want to be bothered. If it wasn't for our Salesman Casey and the manager MIke we were NOT PURCHASING a truck.. From that point on Mike and Casey handle the rest of the deal. Eric Sheriff is the most disrespectful, unprofessional, rude and arrogant man I have ever dealt wit My husband and I are both in and industry of dealing with customers and would never speak to anyone like that. I hope someone follows up with him and his attitude. More

They said that they engage in deceptive pricing, charging customers who bring their own bank more money. So I contacted them and asked if that was true, and they wouldn't give me a straight answer. Simple yes or no question. So, that tells me the other customers were right. I won't bother with dealers that try to hide stuff in fine print and make you dig for it. There are honest dealers out there, and I am finding one somewhere else. More
