Excellent Experience and helpful staff I Went to a few dealers before going to town and country jeep dodge. I was very pleased with the staff and trucks in stock. Casey my sales rep found one right away that met my needs. Talked about price and package and deal was set within 15 min of walking in. Great Experience! My fiance and I went into T&C to lease a new jeep. Seeing as my lease was about to be up we just went in to look around. We ended up meeting salesman My fiance and I went into T&C to lease a new jeep. Seeing as my lease was about to be up we just went in to look around. We ended up meeting salesman Jamie Yellin who was respectful, polite, and funny. We enjoyed speaking to him and he didn't make us feel pressured at all. We actually saw a jeep on the show room floor that we loved and ended up making a deal that night! The next day Jamie kept me posted on everything that needed to be done and we went back the next day to meet with the finance guy, Dave, which was also a pleasant experience. Helpful and kind to a first time buyer I want to thank Youri and Sacha for their help in getting me into my first financed vehicle. You hear a lot of bad things about the "used car salesma I want to thank Youri and Sacha for their help in getting me into my first financed vehicle. You hear a lot of bad things about the "used car salesman" but these two are definitely upfront. When it came time for the numbers-- the whole process became very confusing, but the man (I forgot his name) helped me understand, helped me pick packages best for me, and assisted me in getting my APR down. Above all, they helped me lock in my car at a great price (under-cutting KBB). Definitely suggest this placed for their used cars. More
