Love my new Jeep from Town & Country! So excited and thankful to finally be in a Jeep! It basically took a miracle, but Rich DeMott & Mike Lester pulled it off!! Mike took the time to test drive a few options with my fiancé and I and really gave us his honest opinion of the makes we were looking at. He expressed he had driven both and both were great vehicles, but some more details on which would handle the winter conditions the best and would have me feeling the most comfortable. Rich was able to get a great interest rate and we were able to finance the vehicle and drive it off the lot that day! All in all - these guys took their time and worked with me to get out of a lease and into something I can call my own. Thank you both!! More

Marco was very professional and helpful with showing me around the car and its different features. When I originally went, they didn't have the actual car that I was interested in on their car lot but Marco didn't hesitate to drive my father and I to their storage lot to test drive it. I would definitely recommend Marco to a friend. The finance person I dealt with was Richard DeMott and he also was very delightful to deal with. He was very patient with me as I decided the terms of my financing and what kind of warranties I wanted with my new Charger. I bought the $0 deductible warranty for my car and it wasn't printed like that on my warranty (it printed $100 deduct due to the fact that that's how much it is if you were to go somewhere other than the Levittown service center), so Richard printed and signed it himself that it was $0 for Levittown Chrysler T&C. It may sound silly but it's something that he did that puts my mind at ease going forward with my new vehicle. I would recommend dealing with both Marco Noto and Richard DeMott at this dealership. Incompetent and dishonest service I purchased my Chrysler Pacifica new (2007) from Town & Country. I brought the car in for service due to a loud grinding noise after I changed two fro I purchased my Chrysler Pacifica new (2007) from Town & Country. I brought the car in for service due to a loud grinding noise after I changed two front tires. Jim Ingrassia promised me a loaner vehicle when I called to make the service appointment.When I arrived Jim Ingrassia informed me that there would be no loaner car available but he was waiting for one to be returned. A few days later I got a call from Jim Ingrassia informing me of what he thought the issue was. Again, the promised loaner vehicle was still not available. I told Jim that he should first check the tires (since I had changed only two front tires (of all-wheel drive vehicle) and under no circumstances do any other work that he was not 100% sure would rectify the issue with the noise. A few days later I called Jim Ingrassia, but he did not return my call...I called back three or four more times over the next few days to check the status of my vehicle, but he would not respond. Finally, 10 days after I left my car I had to go to the dealership. Jim Ingrassia told me he was waiting for a part and that it would be in shortly. This routine (calls not being returned) went on for close to a month. I finally got a call from Jim Ingrassia informing me that the car was ready but that there is still a noise and that it would be $1,700. When I test-drove the car, nothing had changed...nothing at all and Jim Ingrassia had not fixed the problem. I took the car to a local shop and they immediately told me it was the tires. I had them put new tires on the back to match the ones on the front and it immediately corrected the issue. Town & Country has sent me a threatening message from General Manager Fred Hoyt that they will take me to court and sue me. This is a service department scam. More

Sold a leaky jeep I live in nj, traveled to this dealer to purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee, prior to purchase I asked if there is issues with the jeep I can go to any de I live in nj, traveled to this dealer to purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee, prior to purchase I asked if there is issues with the jeep I can go to any dealership for warranties repairs - they said yes - first rain storm windshield leaked called town and country they said take it to any dealer, took it to a local dealer they said they won't touch it, called tc they said try again second local dealer said its only covered under the dealership it was bought from, after having to take a third day off and travel over two hours to town and country to have them fix the windshield leak, first rainstorm IT STILL LEAKS!!! And they want me to take a 4th day off of work to "let them inspect it" they want your money nothing else More

bought cetified used car that was never inspected i purchased a certified used dodge charger and besides paying $7000 more then the FINAL PRICE listed on the site. right off the lot we knew the wheels i purchased a certified used dodge charger and besides paying $7000 more then the FINAL PRICE listed on the site. right off the lot we knew the wheels werent aligned,the lumbar in the seat didnt work and the sun visor wasnt screwed in right and was falling off. within 200 miles i needed new tires and when bought my new tires i was told i needed new tie rods. i put about 800 miles on the car. i brought the car to a different dodge to get it fixed and they told me i needed a new suspension. they also redid the certified used inspection because its obvious town and country did not. so after the inspection they also found my engine mount also needed to be fixed. this place is horrible. the people who work here are very ignorant. they have attitude problems and each person says the person before him didnt know what they were talking about. stay clear of this scam place More

Poor customer service I went to this dealership to buy a used vehicle. They wanted to sell me one with missing speakers and a crazy after market radio. The car had an electrical odor coming from it and they refused to address the speaker issue which may have been the cause of the smell. In addition the vehicle has scratches that I could live with but they would not make any price adjustments or remove the junk fees. What are they for then? The salesperson was arrogant/non negotiable and countered my offer with the full price and the manager that sends a automated message wanting to assure that I was satisfied with my visit wouldn't even return my call! Go figure! I couldn't even get the customer service representative that I originally spoke with to return my call! Not the place for customer service. More

The more research I started the more underlying and sneaky back door things I found the dealership had done on my previous purchase. Sold me a 3rd party service claim instead of the Chrysler one for more money. I also found the gap insurance they sold was gap insurance but a dealer only auto shield policy only useable at that dealer forcing you to purchase a car from them only. My only advice I can give is avoid this dealer like a plague they really give dealers a bad name worst worst worst ever. So much more I could go on with how bad my expierence was just learn from my mistake aviod this place More
