Ended up pushing the car on a test drive As my first time out in search of a new car I was looking to check out the Cherokee and Grand Cherokee. I went into the Town & Country dealer on a Sun As my first time out in search of a new car I was looking to check out the Cherokee and Grand Cherokee. I went into the Town & Country dealer on a Sunday afternoon. The deal seemed less than interested to do business today as it was an hour before closing according to him. He agreed to let me test drive of the jeep Cherokee trail hawk edition. I got in and said the gas gauge is on empty and he said it'd be fine for going around the block. We got about 100 yards away from the dealer and the car ran out of gas. My fiancé and the salesman had to push the car to the closeby has station and the salesman put $5 in and said let's head back to the dealer. He said I should come back another day. I wasn't interested in doing business with this dealer again and went to Security Dodge a week after this experience and bought my Jeep Cherokee. More

I WAS INFORMED I WOULD HAVE TO TAKE THEIR FINANCING OR PAY $1500.00 DOLLARS MORE!----AND----TO MY DISBELIEF THERE WAS ALSO A $695.00 PREP FEE AND A $495.00 TRANSPORTATION FEE!!!!! ALONG WITH THE USUAL REGISTRATION, TITLE, ETC. FEES. WHAT A SCAM DEALERSHIP!!!! AND FOR THE RECORD THE CAR NEEDED A LITTLE TOUCH UP AND A HOLE IN THE FRONT SEAT REPAIRED. THAT I WAS INFORMED WOULD BE AN EXTRA CHARGE!!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! More

It was actually happy and exciting throughout the entire process. Tom took the time too thoroughly go over all of our options and all of the details of the two models we were deciding upon. He let us know along the way how much time each step would take so we were fully aware of what to expect and his estimates were always accurate. He really was a pleasure to work with. We then were introduced to Richard DeMott to discuss our financing options. He too made our experience wonderful. What could have bee a painful process was extremly pleasant. Richard fully explained our options and actually found us an even better interest rate then we had planned on.
