Jim Stannish was a gentlemen. He was not your typical pushy salesman and he kept things very light and honest. From sitting with Jim to fill out the paperwork, to sitting with Steve Cottage to do the financials (which by the way he got me a fantastic rate, as i have poor credit), it was seamless. I had my vehicle in 1 day. They didn't make me wait around either. I look forward to future purchases with this dealership!! Thank you!! More

They helped me figure out how I can get the most out of my budget and rich tried to run numbers and worked to get me on the lease since my dad was trying to co sign unfortunately due to my credit issues in the past I was not able to but Rich went out of his way to offer his services as a financial adviser and work with me to get my score up so i can eventually get on the lease and get back on track. That was something completely unexpected and he did not have to do that for me..Just shows his character as a person...he was also a past patient at my job which is now called professional physical therapy and he was just as nice as a patient as he was at this dealership and Ill just shout out Andrew who helped get the truck ready for me and showed me everything I needed to know when I picked it up. great team! When I bring them both to the service center for everyday needs, (oil changes, inspections, etc.) Jim always greets with a smile and makes the visit's enjoyable, rather than frusterating.
