After my annual inspection found leaking rear shocks I called the Service Dept at Town & Countr I need my car to get to work like most Long Islanders. After my annual inspection found leaking rear shocks I called the Service Dept at Town & Country to schedule an appointment (car has extended warranty). With no loaners available for more than a week, Jim Ingrassia was able to give me a Saturday morning appt which enabled me to get my shocks replaced and not miss work. I appreciate his accommodating and professional demeanor. It was a pleasure dealing with him and I will ask for him in the future if need be. More

From the minute I walked in they treated me like family. Peter was honest and upfront with me every step of the way in addition was very down to earth gentlemen that I felt very comfortable talking to lastly was very knowledgeable in not only the Durango but other cars we spoke about. Steve Cottage as well was very professional and made buying a new car fun and not a hassle. The delivery on the car was also painful some dealers keep you there for hours.
