Happy out-of-state buyer! I live in Connecticut but purchased a used 2012 Jeep Wrangler at Town and Country because the price on the Wrangler was thousands less than what deale I live in Connecticut but purchased a used 2012 Jeep Wrangler at Town and Country because the price on the Wrangler was thousands less than what dealers in CT were asking for an identical vehicle. Upon arriving the employees were extremely friendly. My salesperson and was not the stereotypical "used car salesman". He was extremely informative about the process of buying a vehicle out of state and did not pressure me what so ever to purchase the vehicle. Instead he realized that a car buying experience should be fun and exciting, not nerve racking. We even made nice small talk while on the test drive! Once it was time to head over to financing my salesperson stayed with me the entire time while talking the the finance manager which really made me feel like I was an important customer to them. The finance manager worked very hard to get me the best rate possible and was very understanding of my concerns. At the end of the day I picked up a certified pre-owned Jeep Wrangler at a steel! Also with a 7 year, 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty! I had an amazing experience at Town and Country and would definitely consider driving the distance from CT to buy from another vehicle from them again, especially to receive that kind of deal and service!
