Overall A+ Experience An HONEST car sales representative? SHOCKER I know. But we found one at Town & Country. My wife and I wanted to lease a 2014 Chrysler 300 S and we WASTED 3 hours at Westbury Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge (do NOT go there, my review for that Godforsaken place will be posted on this site on 6/16/14, otherwise look for the review from "Jordan M" (that's me) on the Yelp page for Westbury Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge.) We were very discouraged after going to Westbury Chrysler, so we stopped at Town & Country (which is much closer to our home anyway) and immediately talked with their sales representative Scott Froehlich. Pure luck would have they had the exact model (minus the black wheels, I guess that's hard to find) Chrysler 300S AWD. Scott's quote (for a 39-month year lease) came $3900 UNDER the Westbury Heist- er, I mean Offer. (We're saving $100+ per month over the course of 39 months). Highly recommend Town & Country overall, an extra-high recommendation for Scott Froehlich. My only complaint (it's a relatively minor one) is the car was promised good to go by 12N on Monday, we had to wait an extra 3 hours because everything wasn't buttoned up. I would have rather heard 'Jordan, the car won't be ready until 3PM on Monday' instead. Granted, we signed the deal just 2 days earlier. More
The Least Helpful Salesperson I've Ever Met Okay, so I know how dealerships work and I know that the dealers are out to make money. But when a dealer flat-out refuses to allow you to test drive Okay, so I know how dealerships work and I know that the dealers are out to make money. But when a dealer flat-out refuses to allow you to test drive a car unless you are buying that very day because, and I quote, "Today is the last day of the month; it's money day", that dealer leaves a bad taste in your mouth. I went in with my girlfriend looking to get some information on a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. I will be looking to make the purchase within the next few weeks and knowing nothing about the car, I thought I'd try to get some general and pricing info about it. I'm not going to write a $40K check without even seeing some features or test driving a car. To basically come out and tell a potential customer that you won't let me test drive a vehicle because I'm not buying this very day and that "today is money day" is just ridiculous. If it were truly money day, you'd have cared enough to keep a customer in your dealership and notice that I had a checkbook in my pocket ready for a downpayment. But, that's fine with me. A competing dealer just sold me a beautiful Grand Cherokee and has my check in hand. Great job. More

I have a 10 month old son who has made every leg of the trip with me to drop off and pick up the car and the staff has greeted and welcomed us both by name and made us very comfortable there while waiting. Jim has gone above and beyond to make sure he himself has checked the car over before calling me to let me know the car was repaired and ready for pick up. Jim has made what can be a frustrating experience a very pleasurable one. Most people don't look forward to going to an auto service/repair appointment, but it is because of Jim that I do. I am confident in the work of this service team and feel that the safety of my son and I are in good hands. More

I am proud that I purchased an American car and it is the best choice I made. The process was straight forward and positive. It was a pleasurable experience and we felt good walking out of the dealership that day. I now come back 3 years later to trade in our wonderful car due to personal issues. The car wasn't going to work for our needs anymore, and I was looking to have someone help me figure out what would be my best option when I walked into the dealership by myself on May 6, 2014. I was met by Bobby T. I told him that I wasn't sure if I wanted to lease or buy a new car, I wanted to see what my options were. Before I knew it, I was signing a lease on a 2014 Jeep Compass that I hadn't even taken on a test drive yet. Bobby T. was the kind of salesman you hear about in these bad reviews. He didn't show one ounce of compassion for my situation. I told him what I was paying for my current car, and he came back with a number that was well above that even after I told him I wanted to pay less in the first place. Then he proceeded to make me feel like he was giving me the best deal ever and I should be happy with it and just take it. I was in the mindset at that time where I just wanted to get rid of the 2011 car and since I loved it, why wouldn't I love the new Jeep Compass? He was able to lower the payments and I signed the contract. I slept on it, and the next day I was still in touch with Bobby T. because we had to get a payoff amount on my trade in. I tried to get the information for him, but something happened, and the other party involved in the deal wasn't cooperating. I informed Bobby T. that it wouldn't work out, and I apologized. Bobby T. then proceeded to call me back not once, but twice and interject his opinion as to what he thought I should do with the car since it wasn't in my name. I happened to be going through a separation with my husband, and he was telling me that he thought I should just "drop the car off at his apartment and leave it because it's his problem". Thanks, Bobby T., but my relationship is really none of your business and I didn't ask for your advice. The deal didn't work out, and he definitely treated me like dirt. I then inquired about getting my deposit back. I called and left a voice mail for Bobby T., I sent a letter by fax to the manager and requested that someone call me back. I never received any calls back from Michael Perez or Bobby T. I had to call the dealership 5 times in one day before someone could give me an answer as to whether or not I need to come in to obtain my refund, or if they can do it from the dealership back to my credit card. I was told the manager would call me back several times, but I received no phone calls. The best thing about this dealership was the receptionist, Paula, I believe was her name. She was very sweet and I was finally able to get the information from her as to what I needed to do. I admit that I was the reason why the deal didn't work out, but I was still treated poorly. I am also aware that this is a business, but have a little sympathy for your customers. I was going through a tough time and Bobby T. was not sympathetic at all, he only cared about the sale. Being a salesman, maybe that's his number one priority, but without a customer you have no sale. Treat your customers better and maybe you'll find yourself making a deal or two. I also informed all of my female friends not to do business with this dealership and let them know of my experience. I wound up going to another dealership down the road, and I am beyond happy with my new car and the salesman that helped me! More
