Christopher Clemente helped me out on the phone, answering any question I had and even going the extra mile to find out the answer to any question he wasn't sure of. He was extremely friendly and made me feel confident about going there. My salesman was a young man named Jason Mascia and he was a pleasure to deal with. He went over everything with me and his knowledge of these vehicles is amazing. I had a set price in my head of what I was looking to pay and he was able to help get me there. Made an annoying visit really easy. I have a 1 1/2 month old Dodge Durango Limited. The steering wheel would not turn suddenly. I managed to muscle it to the service station where Jim as I have a 1 1/2 month old Dodge Durango Limited. The steering wheel would not turn suddenly. I managed to muscle it to the service station where Jim assisted me and had my truck looked at immediately. Within an hour or so I was told that the truck needed a replacement pump for the power steering fluid. I came back the next morning and left with a loaner car. Jim stated that it may take a few days (3 or 4) to get the part and install. To my surprise he called me early the same afternoon letting me know my Durango was already done and ready for pick up. I know he went above and beyond to get that part quickly. I would recommend this Dealer and Service Station to others. More
