This was a new car purchase. Their advertised price was so much lower than other dealers, I really didn't believe the deal would actually happen, but it did! First off they put "real" internet prices up, so much lower than other dealers, I really didn't believe the deal would actually happen, but it did! First off they put "real" internet prices up, unlike other dealers who go with the sticker price or who say, "Sorry, that car was sold". Yes the prices include all the rebates and you may not qualify for all of them. I didn't qualify for one - it is what is: I didn't qualify. You can't blame them. When I went to get the car, we did the paperwork and there were NO additional fees, other than $229.50 for registration, etc.that I was told about up front. Every dealer I went to charged a similar $200-300 fee; one was even higher. I could've complained about it but they were at least $1500 less for the car than every other dealer I went to. YES, I said at least $1500 less. And when I sat with the finance guy (Rich), he beat the rate from the credit union by 1/4% and he didn't high pressure the warranties. Finally and very importantly, my salesman (Scott F.) was a complete and total gentleman from the beginning to end. He cheerfully provided answers to all my questions without the slightest bit of sales pressure. We had a no pressure test drive ("Go wherever you want", he said.) I have purchased numerous cars over the years and have dealt with numerous sales people. Scott was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I am a big Town & Country fan! More

When first speaking with Bob on the phone before heading down to the dealer he took the time to get to know me before we spoke about the car I was interested in. I'd say you don't find that often, usually the salesperson wants to know if you're ready buy the car within the first 5 minutes of speaking. Bob was personable and easy to speak to. I came in to this dealership to get new lease. I was just giving this one a try because it was so close to my home. Also the finance dept was great that gentleman also was the reason I stayed he really tried to get me the best deal. I feel that Anthony was well versed in what he has to sell and I did not feel like I was getting the run around. He is also why my next vehicle will be from this dealership and with Anthony. More
I called about a new car I saw online that my wife might be interested in, and was encouraged by a salesman named Chris to come in. She got there about 5 minutes before me and met with Chris, who walked her to the lot where the cars were and told her that he'd be right back. I showed up within a few minutes and saw my wife standing in the lot by herself. I asked her where the salesman was and she said he told her tha they'd be right back. We waited outside an additional 15 minutes....no Chris. Went inside and had him paged. There I noticed one other customer and a few salesmen standing around. Not once did anyone ask me if I needed help. After another 10 minutes, still no Chris. So now we're there nearly a half an hour, when we gave up and left. After the five minute ride home, my cellphone rang. It was Chris. He told me he had along distance call, and asked me to come back, to which I voiced my displeasure with my experience and declined. Never before had I had a buying experience where I was so neglected. If this is the service I can expect before they get my money, I can only imagine what it would be like after. More

I was shoping around for the best price for my new Jeep, and when I stopped at Town & Country Jeep, they beat everyone elses number by a few thousand.
