The entire team at Town & Country are always very nice and professional. Most of them know me by first name now and make servicing my car easy and convenient. I have in the past purchased a Jeep from another dealer in the area, actually closer to my home, but chose Town & Country this time and I am glad I did. The overall experience I have found to be much better! Scott on the sales side was also very responsive to my needs and made the buying experience great. In fact, at the time of my sale, I was speaking with a family member about my positive experience and they ended up buying a Jeep from Scott the same week! Hats off to Scott, Jimmy and his team! This dealership's favorable internet pricing is an illusion. The dealership will add $495 delivery fee for a used car plus an additional $695 for dealer preparation. This is averaged across all cars regardless of whether a delivery fee or any repairs were actually incurred by the dealership for the car of your interest and is not negotiable. Their ads should state both of these fees so your time is not wasted negotiating. The refuse to do any out-of-state sales and are completely misinformed regarding registration, taxation, and financing and how they interrelate. Basically, "pay our price plus our unreasonable fees, you must finance through us, and it must be simple". I found the used car Sales Manager to be unpleasant, defensive, and abrupt. Their use car sales is old school "horse trading" behavior without the benefit of actual negotiation. Don't waste your time. More

The sales men was a good guy and promised a 2 hour turn around on a used car, 8 hours later we recived the car. But that is not the problem the business manager Terrance is a winner, then again it may be j around on a used car, 8 hours later we recived the car. The way it works you buy a $18,500.00 used car ( now that is the best price you can find on that car.) Tax License dealer prep tank of gas $21 and change every thing good drop $500 on a deposit. Now it is explained that they make there money on the loan so you must make the min down payment and take the loan to get that price but you can pay it off in 7 months that is when the dealer gets his money. Ok its only a few bucks I can live with that. Now we go and visit Terrance will we get the hole thing on the extended waranty bla bla bla I say no now he tells me oh well now you are going to pay 10% interest. S ome how and I don't know how we ironed this out we are good. 2 hours later time to pick up the car check the price and he took the vig added it to the price of the car and I have a loan for 3.9% after I asked what was going on and found out that the cost was the same I sed ok and droped another 5K on them for deposit made them rewrite every thing and it all worked out, I will pay it off in a few months. Is it really to much to ask to just tell me the what my cost on the car is and I pay it or move on. Its just a way to bring you in the door and make you think you are getting a deal. More

I have to say, I was dreading buying a new car for months because of the pushy salesmen and scams. I went to Town and Country with a very nervous stomach. After that we met with Rich who couldn't be nicer. We talked over all the financial jargon and got me to a respectable payment that worked into my budget. He explained everything thoroughly. And I was very happy with the end result. Very quick turn around. I picked up my car that night. They got it out of the showroom and had it waiting for me outside ready to go when I showed up. Peter explained all the instrumentation and how to set up the UConnect. I have nothing bad to say about this dealership or the people who work there.
