We did a great deal of research and found what looked to be a nice looking car on-line. We actually found 2 - one here and one that looks a little better actually in the city. Based on the poor reviews of the Jeep dealership in the city, we opted to head out to Town and Country. We were so happy we made the choice. Our car was the best car we looked at for the best price by far. The pictures on the internet did not do it justice. In comparison to other pre-owned cars we looked at, it was clean and in wonderful shape. As a matter of fact, almost all the pre-owned cars on the lot looked significantly better than the other Jeep dealerships we were at - about 3 of them in total. I said to my husband we had to keep this dealership in mind for our next car for sure. In addition to the cars and dealership being professional, we worked with Tom in NEW CARS SALES b/c the team of of pre-owned salesman were tied up. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, he totally got what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect car for our daughter. We could not be happier with Tom as a salesperson or with T&C Jeep. We will be going back in 3 years for sure to give it another shot! We hope to have the same great experience then! More

Not a very good experience. Told the guy I wanted to buy 2 of his cars and to make a deal and he told me that I had to come in, no if ands or buts. I have bought cars with electronic paperwork since 2004. This must be the only dealership in America that can’t do it. If I drive that far the vehicle has to be ready to go.
