It was back and forth between salesman, who was very nice, and the manager, who never approached until I was walking away in anger. He actually ran out onto parking lot to beg me to complete deal. Six hours! at this dealership. The whole process was sheisty and distasteful. I was even harassed simply for going to find lunch after sitting for 3 hours. This dealership is exemplary of the conartistry associated with used car lots. I can only vow never again! I offer the salesman a great review because he was very nice and personable, and it was obvious he was simply relaying messages from management and had little control over the issues. The management even made him appear to be a liar, which was unfair to him. More
