I came back after a week of looking elsewhere because of my initial interaction with Junior. We purchased a 2019 Ford Explorer on October 4, 2022. Our salesman was Tate Keffer. He was a great guy! He kept us in the loop every step of the way during our process. After we left the dealership we noticed we did not have a spare tire and the tool to change the tires. We contacted Tate and he made sure we got a spare tire and the tool. I was offered a very Low rate by my bank but unfortunately Ford was not accepting outside financing and they originally quoted me a rate 3x the amount of my bank and it took 5hrs for them to bud unfortunately Ford was not accepting outside financing and they originally quoted me a rate 3x the amount of my bank and it took 5hrs for them to budge and it still wasn’t what I expected More
