ProsI got the truck I neededCons Typical dealership, Pros I got the truck I needed Cons Typical dealership, there was a lot of lying going on. Michael cruff told me I had to pay for the kahu insta Pros I got the truck I needed Cons Typical dealership, there was a lot of lying going on. Michael cruff told me I had to pay for the kahu installation/subscription, mr Jason archer removed it in his office without telling me. The internet price was 58200 but Jason listed it for 60xxx on my contract, Jason told me that kahu was the reason it was showing 60xxx instead of 58200. 6 weeks later I come to find out I was never signed up for kahu and was cheated the difference between what Jason archer put on the contract and the internet price. Jason tacked on one of his 3rd party insurances and told me I had pay for it cause it was the “Ford certified pre-owned warranty” . Luckily for me I canceled the agreement within the month and got my money back. Jason mentioned a couple times how I was making a such a bad decision to not buy extra insurances on the truck that they claimed was Ford certified and a great truck to buy Being lied to when jason worked me for a hour trying to sell me service agreements I never showed interest in, telling me my interest rate was 8.xx% when really it was 5.xx%, just to sell me on a payment upsets me. it seems that jason makes commissions off these tricks I felt I was an easy sale but was treated horribly More
