Joyous Pleasure of Purchasing an Automobile From Town East! First of all, I would like to say that Town East Ford Mesquite has some of the most top-notch people working there from TOP-TO-BOTTOM, including the m First of all, I would like to say that Town East Ford Mesquite has some of the most top-notch people working there from TOP-TO-BOTTOM, including the managing partner Kurt Jones all the way down to the greeters at the door when you pull into the parking lot! Mr. Jones has ensured that he has nothing but the BEST people working under him to make the customer feel like a human being! My personal sales person, Mr. Josh Hall, was very thorough, very comprehensive and very detailed. Although he did not take me directly to the service department at Town East, he DID mention the service department specifically, and told me QUOTE: "if there are EVER any problems with anyone in the service department OR any issues that cannot be solved with the service department, to come directly to him and he will handle immediately." I would also like to take this opportunity to let Town East know that of all dealerships I have purchased vehicles from, Town East has definitely earned my repeat business and respect from Mr. Josh Hall the sales person, Mr. Rick Rice the Finance Manager, and also Josh's boss who all had substantial roles in making me the customer feel like they were dealing with me as a HUMAN BEING and NOT just another number as a customer with $$$ signs in front of their greedy eyes, and exerting high pressure sales tactics as is the case in dealing with lots of other dealerships. Both Joshua Hall AND Rick Rice got me the BEST numbers and the BEST packages to go with the purchase that they possibly could get for the customer. In my humble opinion as a customer, BOTH of these gentlemen are extreme assets to Town East Ford. It is one thing to make a sale, but when you have the professionalism, the dedication to treat customers as human beings, and to go out of your way to help them and make their experience as pleasant as possible, and the ability to make sure these customers return for repeat business with Town East and tell others of their experience with Town East, THESE are the people who are top-notch and stand out above the others. Also, I would like to mention that the 2-year package of oil changes, tire rotation, etc, from Town East is a very nice incentive to return to Town East for future purchases as well. If possible, I would like to be emailed about all the specifics of this package from Town East Ford. Although I have only had the Mustang GT for 3 days now, the car is PARKED in the garage and only has 26 miles on the automobile until I have finished reading the owner's manual from cover-to-cover.
