SELLERS BEWARE OF BILLJAV this is nothing but a ploy to get me to pay him $500.00 dollars, he had called the day before he showed up at the store. we sold the car the same day that he had called. there is no record of him calling back into the store before he drove 40 mins to get here and we record all incoming calls. I felt bad at first and even offered him $100 dollars and some gas for his time. but he told me to Go F myself and he is not a crack head and dont need just $100 dollars and wants $500 for his time. and that I would pay because he would post stories online. i have alot of people that saw the whole thing happen,and a few of them even told me to call the police because he was being so out of hand. on another note: we sold over 100 cars and trucks the last week of december and my Internet department sold 1800 cars and trucks for the year. we dont play games with customers, Our Customers love us because we take the the extra step to make sure they get all of the information they need before they leave there house. shame on you billjav, i still have the check for $100 dollars but now i may just donate it to a local school or church. we even donate cars to to people local churches for familys in need. you picked the wrong store to try to black mail. 100% of the time the customer is always right but when a customer tries to talk down and yell and scream to anyone because they themselves made the mistake. I cannot go with along with it, You called about a car a day before you arrive at the dealership, NO call ahead so that we could have told you that has already been sold, you say it’s a 2 hour ride and really its 40 mins with traffic, i at first told you that I’m sorry it has happened but you just got louder and at one point i thought you were going to hit me. I did not like how your attitude was out of control,even co workers told me to dial 911 on the phone. I even offered you $100 dollars and some gas just to help out the situation and still be friends at the end of the day. but you told me to go F myself and your not a crack head looking for just one hundred dollars and you wanted $500 in cash or you would post stories all over about us, I told you that I’m sorry couldn’t do that and now you must leave or i will call the police to have you escorted from the dealership. we sell over 175 Pre-owned per month and cannot help that someone besides yourself saw our great prices and inventory and ran in and bought the car you wanted, If you would have came in the same day that you had called ,or called ahead you could be the owner of the car or we could have told you that is has been sold. or you can ask the 1,800 people that the internet department have sold cars to this year about how my department treats customers, I’m sure that you will find the department works way different then you’re saying and this is nothing but blackmail for someone to pay you $500 for you to not post stories, I wonder how many times you have done this in the past. waoo,, look at the story made by Brian Churry. I have all record showing all calls made. I am not only one who rates this dealer a lier. Guys read all reviews you will find more about dealer's unethical behavior. Very unprofessiobal Highly unethuical Their business is to bait and switch Misrepresentation & Do not respect their costumers. 2.9 Rating is it good? Guys you decide before you go to this dealer. There are other dealer out there with better rating.

Dealer does not have a record of my calls and my emails but for sure has a record of me asking $500 such a lier. Brian churry(SMD) is worst sales person i have ever dealt with. I live in tyler. which is 100miles away 2hours drive and dealer Brain posted i drove for only 40miles. Another lie. Employees working at this dealership are not anything but a full of lies and stories. Sold car in 3hours. Can you prove?? have any record? Nope they dont. East ford does not keep record of anything. Cars sold. calls made to and by costumers, email, unethical behavior, misrepresentation. BEWAREEEEE

3rd party sites always take a few days to have a car removed from them. i dont have your inbound call in the system ,the one you say that u made before you drove here to the store. NO BAIT AND SWITCH HERE- we had 1 matrix and it sold the night before you came out. we didnt have another to switch you to ..so how can this be bait and switch???? costumers is spelled customers, and i respect all of them. i even felt bad for you and offered you money and gas, but you would rather make this a game of chess..u have my number and my offer still stands due to the confusion on your behalf and ours. we sold over 100 cars and trucks the last week of the year and cannot help that someone else purchased the toyota before you. lmk

i dont want any money from you. You donate it to yourself, you need it bad as i can see how you get the customers in to get yourself commission. All I want you to relaize to give importance to your customers, respect them, run business ethicaly. You should take a lier personally because i wanted to complain to your boss and I asked you to call him but you told me you dont have a boss and there is no GM (general manager). Todd is GM there, so you lied, lied, lied and lied and now you lied again that i drove for just 40mins which is a big lie. You didnt want me to reach to your boss and tell them how bad your attitude was and how unethically you are running the Internet department. I will not delete all this because i want others to be aware of what kind of people are running Town East Ford, what they will experience and what to expect from internet department. All i want you to do is to respect customers time, stop deceptive advertisement, quit providing false and misleading information and stop asking your customers " Why you want that car so bad look for something else we have in lot", be professional and last but not least have some WORK ETHICS.

i told you that im not playing this game with you anymore. I am the customer relation manager of the store, the bdc, sales and advertising manager, plus many other jobs, Todd is the owner and is also the one that i have worked for over 10 years, he had me come to Texas to help with this store, Fords customer service standard is at 86 and we are at 91. plenty of our customers are pretty happy with our store. i tried to talk nicely to you but it did me no good. i wished that the situation didn’t happen and even tried to make you happy with my offer. we both are spending way too much time on this. we don’t advertise misleading information nor try to bait and switch customers to other makes or models. the Toyota matrix was the only one we had and it would be impossible to switch to another one really when we had no other. but you clearly don’t hear what i am sayn about that. again in closing until you decide to be more reasonable and stop slandering the store, i have no reason to respond to you anymore.im just saying no matter what information i share with you , you make it to all be lies.
