Poor communication from three different individuals at this dealership. We picked a car, filled out the credit app online to speed up the process and had an appointment confirmed to sign paperwork. After this dealership. We picked a car, filled out the credit app online to speed up the process and had an appointment confirmed to sign paperwork. After being told twice, once by Luis and once by Jermaine, that they would call us back with the answers to our questions we instead got an impersonal text message letting us know they sold the car to someone else. No decency to even pick up a phone and have a conversation. We also have an email to the internet sales manager that went unanswered. More
