Exceptional Customer Service Last Sunday, June 23, I contacted Town and Country Toyota about a 2019 4Runner they have listed on their website since my wife and I have been looking Last Sunday, June 23, I contacted Town and Country Toyota about a 2019 4Runner they have listed on their website since my wife and I have been looking for one that we would like to make and offer to buy. I received right away a response from Danielle Driscoll about my inquiry. I was recommended to speak with Shan Niazi. I spoke with Shan and we worked out a deal and Shan asked me to provide him with all the necessary documents to get him started in processing the necessary paperwork so they can get me out of the dealership into the 2019 4Runner in a short period of time as possible without wasting most of my time haggling and completing paperwork that can completed in advance of my arrival to the dealership to pick up my 2019 4Runner. During this time me and my wife were in communication with Danielle Driscoll and she provided us exceptional customer service. She was professional and respectful of out time. When I arrived at the Town and County Toyota dealership on Monday, June 24th, I was greeted by Shan Niazi and Charles Padgett. Shan informed me that they are working on my paperwork and will get me in to the 2019 4Runner as soon as we finalize the paperwork. Within less than an half an hour after my arrival to the dealership, I was signing all the completed paperwork and within less than an hour Town and Country Toyota got me into and driving my new 2019 4Runner! Shan and Robert Black worked on the paperwork and Robert showed me all the bells and whistles and how they work in my new 4Runner! It took less than an hour to get me processed so I can get in to my new 4Runner and drive it home! What an awesome experience! This is what I call Exceptional Customer Service! I would definitely recommend Town and Country Toyota to all my friends and families. I 30 plus years of my experience in buying cars, Town and Country Toyota made it to my top list! Thank you again Shan, Charles, Danielle, and Robert for making my buying experience a pleasure and rewarding one! Unfortunately, I did NOT get this experience with Toyota of North Charlotte. My experience buying the 4Runner TRD OffRoad this past week was excellent. They gave me the information I needed, did not push for a fast close, stayed in touch with vmail to make sure I had everything I needed, gave me a fair price without my having to use all kinds of negotiation tactics, and when the sale was done, made sure I knew how to contact them with any issues, called to make sure I loved my car, and I'm really happy with the final purchase...I'll be back when it's time to replace this vehicle. More

Great cars, no hassle. Looked through many cars online and found one at Town and Country that we liked. Made an immediate appointment and when we got there the car was fully detailed. Sales associate, Greg Fennell, was very low key and able to answer all of our questions. Took a test drive and bought the car. Drove it home about 2-1/2 hours after we got there. Good price for a great car. More
