Efficient service center I take my 2013 Prius to this dealership for scheduled service every time. The service advisors and technicians are pleasant and treat me with respect. I take my 2013 Prius to this dealership for scheduled service every time. The service advisors and technicians are pleasant and treat me with respect. They explain everything that needs to be done and why the service is important, pointing out the areas to be serviced if that is applicable. Waiting area is a nice location for passing the time, but the shuttle service is awesome! Usually, the service is complete before the time promised. More

We had emailed and text and talked all day before I arrived to test drive the car. Once I saw it I fell in love with it. This was the 5th car dealerships I had been to. Finally got the car I wanted (color and inside interior that I wanted and especially the price.) Koob was very knowledgeable of Toyota period. He walked my husband and I through all the details about the car and all the paper work and all the warranties. I am so happy with my Rav 4 SUV! More
Good customer service The service was great. But I found that the recommended 40k service is different from what listed on line. Also the pricing of the oil change. Online The service was great. But I found that the recommended 40k service is different from what listed on line. Also the pricing of the oil change. Online when I made the appointment it shows the 40k service for $89. But when I got there the 40k service was over $200 which includes services items not listed on line. Makes me feel like they try to up sell the service. I ended up only opted to do oil change only. And the price was $69. I showed them that the online oil change price was only $59. They did adjusted the price for me, but that made me feel like I can’t trust them with pricing anymore that I need to double check with online pricing. The customer service is great but I feel like there need to be consistency with pricing and transparency of service items. More
