I came into the dealership wanting to take a look at a few different vehicles, as I wasn't really sure what I wanted and knew that I had negative equi I came into the dealership wanting to take a look at a few different vehicles, as I wasn't really sure what I wanted and knew that I had negative equity in my vehicle so I was confident that a new car was even feasible. I was greeted when I walked in by Charles Padgett. I gave him an idea about what I was looking for. He answered some initial questions and then we test drove two different vehicles. He answered a bunch of additional questions that I had about the vehicles and trim levels during the test drives. He never made me feel rushed or pressured into anything. After deciding on a vehicle, I worked with both Charles as well as one of the Sales Managers, Jose Vasquez regarding the pricing. I feel like I got a great deal on the vehicle and that they really went out of their way to try and make the numbers work so this deal could happen. Signing all of the paperwork went quickly and smoothly. It was a great overall experience from start to finish. They did the right thing!! Made a deal on the car over the phone, drove to the dealership to test drive and write a check. When I got there, someone at the dealership sold the car to another person by mistake. It was miscommunication between the person I spoke with and the manager of the store. They stepped up and owned their mistake, and made me a unbelievably good deal on another vehicle just like the one that was sold. The kicker is, I was looking at a used 2018 with 4000 miles and they sold me a brand new 2019 with no miles for almost the same price as the used one. The deal was a no brainer !!! Can’t say enough good things about this dealership, the manager, or the awesome salesmen I had. 5 stars for me!!! I highly recommend.. More
