The price they gave me was the price we paid even though another dealer said it was not possible. I have bought many cars, maybe 20 in my life. Getting this tuscan for my daughter was the easiest, no hard sell, no extra fees. I drove 30 minutes each way because i felt they were doing the right thing. More

Jose was expert in all of the features and benefits of the car starting on our test drive right up through delivery. He patiently reviewed all the latest tech features and how they all worked and could be modified. He helped us locate the exact vehicle we were looking for (color, options), and made the entire buying process smooth and easy. We got a fair value for our trade-in as and a deal that was reasonable. The car purchase experience with the finance department was also great -- with no pressure for add-ons, magic glass protector, etc. As with all car transactions these days, it is helpful to use on-line resources to get a sense of pricing, discounts, car availability, and trim level prior to visiting any dealership. I would highly recommend Jose Matos and Towne Hyundai -- and suggest you ask for him by name at the dealership :-) if you are considering a Hyundai. More

Unfortunately, sometimes politeness does not necessarily translate as quality service. I went into Towne Service on Thursday, April 4th with some electrical issues on my Genesis that were thought to be tied to a fuse or relay switch. I was informed that I was going to have to pay $141 diagnostic fee (standard) and leave my car for the day. I informed the team that though I worked in the area, I lived almost 40 miles away. I asked if they could provide a courtesy car. I was told that they did not have one at the time and offered a shuttle to my job. At the end of the day, I was informed that they were unable to diagnose the problem and I would be still charged the diagnosis fee. Towne told me I would need to return the faulty car 4 days later on Monday, April 8th because of schedule/availability. Towne explained the repair could take 1-2 days. So naturally, I asked again for a courtesy vehicle. I was told that they did not have anything for Monday. I had no choice but to rent a vehicle for Monday and Tuesday. Each day at the end of the day, I had to be proactive and call Towne for a status on my vehicle. Monday turned into Tuesday, Tuesday into Wednesday, and Wednesday into Thursday. Each evening around 4:00pm I would call for update and ask for a courtesy vehicle. Each day I was met with long hold times and requests to call me back which took about an hour. Each day I was told there weren’t any available courtesy cars. Most importantly, no answer as to what was wrong with my car. Finally, on Saturday late afternoon, April 13th I recevied news that my car was fixed. 7 full days Towne had my car and $800 later, I asked if I could be reimbursed for my rental car fees. I was gain told no. Brand recognition is powerful. This is my first Hyundai. This is also my first encounter with repairs at the dealer. I am skeptical of ever purchasing a Hyundai again. The support doesn’t seem to be there when things go wrong. More

Repair Car and Made Right by My Concerns After having my car towed there for an issue it was having, they made the appropriate repairs. A day later my car had to be towed back there for an issue that seemed to be related to the repairs that were done, however, the repairs that were done weren’t the issue. The car had a still unexplained issue, but Towne went the extra mile to address all my concerns. They had the car in their possession to see if they could identify any issues, test drive it around and ensure that the car was safe for me to drive. Overall having an issue with your car is never a good experience, but Towne made sure to help me through it and I appreciate all the time and effort they took with me. More

"Towne" Hyundai Needs to Move Out of State! Received GREAT assistance from their Internet Sales - Aaron. The only problem was dealing with their on-site Sales Manager - Jay. Went to finalize the purchase of an '18 Tuscon last President's Day only to have Jay claim that the deal that I negotiated with Internet Sales was not authentic. After he vehemently and openly proclaimed that I had fabricated the numbers he had to humbly "eat crow" when I had him check the conversation logs with his Internet sales staff. Like a recently spanked puppy he returned to get the lecturing of his life. Upon completion of the festivities, replete with fireworks, we verbally agreed to complete the transaction on the morrow when I received one needed certificate. However, on the morrow their very lame claim was that, "We're sorry, but the President's Day Sale is over and our senior management is not willing to honor your deal". What??? Obviously the negotiated deal placed them in a negative, or near negative cash position. It's times like these that make me want to petition to reopen the asylums in NJ! I really don't know whether this place is crazy or just plain ignorant, but I can say with reasonable objectivity say that ... (name edited out by Author) is both! How's this, you keep your car and I'll keep my cash! More

They told me over the phone that my sonata trade in would be up to 20 percent over kbb. I did research on kbb and found that my vehicle in good condition was worth 12,500. I was expecting to get about 14,500 on the trade. When I finally got the appraisal from the dealer they told me that they would give me 11,000 for my trade. I informed the salesman that kbb told me a different number. He showed me kbb for 9,500. He said with promotion they were giving me 11,000. As I looked on his paper he was getting a kbb price on a poor condition vehicle. After explaining to him that my car only had 38,000 miles he told me that it will need new tires and breaks before they resell it. Then to make it worse he shows me a finance price of 590 month for 72 months. About 42,000 dollars for a 25,000 car. Even with the negative equity of 8700 added they are trying to scam and deceive people. The payment should have been in the 480 range after adding all interest and taxes. Big ripoff and I will never go here again. I will NEVER RECOMMEND this place to ANYONE!!! They think people are stupid and can’t do the match. I have been researching this vehicle for a month and already knew about how much it should have cost me. TERRIBLE!!!!!!! More
