So I drag out my older parents and travel some distance and when I get there they finally tell me supposedly the two cars I had sold but they where more then willing to try and sell me a car that was $5k more and had rust spots!!!. I've been a customer for nearly 10 years. 3 cars purchased. I brought my sonata in for tires and an oil change recently. The next morning my BSD blind side detectors stopped working. I called to discuss with service and they insisted they didn't do anything. They kept saying my car might be dirty. They washed it after the service. Not possible. They told me for $137 I could come in for a diagnosis. Why should I pay for them to diagnose? It was working fine until their service department worked on my car. I followed up with an email to customer service. Never got a response. I will be going elsewhere. Ive spent a lot of money here. I expect better. Terrible customer service! More

I leased a Palisade which are not easy to find these days due to their immediate popularity but Towne had an ample selection even at the higher end models. I worked, with Joe and Naomi. Both were helpful, responsive and a pleasure to work with and understood I did not want to work with anyone else but them, not the finance manager, sales manager or anyone else. Now the bad, their paperwork detail is horrendous. There was an issue with the lease agreement, the understanding this was a company, not personal lease, we had to do the paperwork twice because of errors on their end and a few other frustrating things but the biggest is my permanent plates. My temporary is now expire and I still do not have my plates nor have I received and answer when they will be in. That is laziness on the dealers part because they do their work with the DMV in bunches and hold the money collected at the time of sale as long as possible. Because of this, we have advised Hyundai Finance, no payments will be issued until the plates are in. More

Going to get a car should be an exciting time, it shouldn't be something you dread and if that is the experience you want then you are headed to the right place. Now all you have to do is ask for the right guy! They can even help you make a service app if need to. They help you make your first one before you even leave which is great because the first year of service is free! More
NO FOLLOW UP FOR SERVICE ISSUES I purchased a certified used Hyundai from this dealership in December. I also purchased a service contract. I have had 5 blow outs with my front ti I purchased a certified used Hyundai from this dealership in December. I also purchased a service contract. I have had 5 blow outs with my front tires in 2.5 months, with no explanation from the service department. The low tire pressure light consistently goes on and there is a vibration in my wheels. I have replaced the tires and front wheels and the vibration and warning light continues to be on. I'm concerned with safety. The service department had scheduled an appointment with a loaner car to help me and when they read my google review they cancelled my appointment and loaner. I have spoken to Bob the sales manager and Carlos and last week after several weeks of ignoring my calls, I received a call from Edward, another manager, promising to help me with the situation. He offered to come and pick up my car on Friday, as not to interfere with my work. The night before I received a call saying he couldn't do it because of the holiday weekend and here we are a week later and I never heard from him again. I have called 3 times asking for a call back. So basically once there is an issue , it seems no one can solve it. I have a service contract , yet I have to have my car serviced elsewhere. It sounds crazy doesn't it.??? Don't get the service contract !!!! They promise loaners and there aren't any and they are always rushed and not properly evaluating my vehicle. I've sat for hours at the service center for absolutely nothing. One more FYI.... When you buy a vehicle from Towne Hyundai and they promise you a year of free oil changes......IT MEANS 3 AND THERE ARE LIMITS ON THE MILEAGE!!! I don't even know what they are since none of my paperwork mentions these limitations. I'm a pretty easy person to work with and have received no solution to my issues. I have never received such poor service in my life!!! More
